Changes to Foreign Agricultural Worker Policy

The policy applies only to those participating in the Commonwealth Caribbean/Mexican Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program.  Coverage begins with in transit on a direct uninterrupted route to work using an employer authorized means of transportation.  As well these workers are covered during periods of leisure, meals and while sleeping in an employer-provided quarters.

licensed by the Law Society!
