Suzanne M. Dajczak was called to the Bar in 1989 and
holds the distinction of being one of eight lawyers in
Ontario certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as
a specialist in Workplace Safety & Insurance Law. She is
the only certified specialist representing injured
workers in South Western Ontario.

Suzanne believes in ongoing education of all
those involved with Worker’s Compensation, from
workers to lawyers, employer and unions. She has
lectured extensively in the area at national,
provincial and local conferences. Suzanne has
been appointed to the Executive of the Law
Society of Upper Canada’s Certification
Committee for Workplace Safety & Insurance Law.
She is a member of the Committee of the Worker’s
Compensation section of the Ontario Bar
Association and Past Chair of the Essex Division
of the Industrial Accident Prevention
Association. She appears regularly on the Lynn
Martin Show on CKLW. |
Suzanne values her community and
understands the importance of giving back to her
community. She has volunteered with many non-profit
organizations throughout her career.

Beth Roushorne |
Beth's strong organizational and accounting
skills are dedicated to assisting our clients in
obtaining Labour Market Re-entry plans and
earnings basis adjustments. Not only is she the
office manager, she also works directly with
clients keeping them informed about key events
in their appeals process. Beth has been with the firm since 1999.

Marcia Hamilton |

Marcia brings with her over
25 years administrative, project management and
customer service experience. As document
manager Marcia ensures time limits are met, and
evidence to support claims is received and
processed in a timely manner. Marcia acts as
liaison between WSIB, medical professionals and
our clients to improve communications and keep
claims moving forward in the appeals process.
